| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family and acts as a receptor for oxytocin. Its activity is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The oxytocin-oxytocin receptor system plays an important role in the uterus during parturition. Oxytocin receptor has been reported in breast, central nervous system, heart, ovary, placenta, prostate, salivary gland, testis, uterus, and vessel. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Similarity: Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. Vasopressin/oxytocin receptor subfamily.
