| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: FPRL1 is a low affinity receptor to N-formyl-methionyl peptides, which are powerful neutrophils chemotactic factors. Binding of FMLP to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The activation of LXA4R could result in an anti-inflammatory outcome counteracting the actions of proinflammatory signals such as LTB4 (leukotriene B4). FPRL1 has been reported in phagocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, differentiated myeloid cells from bone marrow, granulocyte HL-60 cells, and synovial fibroblasts. ESTs have been isolated from blood, leukocyte, lung, and placenta libraries. Function: Low affinity receptor for N-formyl-methionyl peptides, which are powerful neutrophils chemotactic factors. Protocol
The cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature.Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
