The NKIAMRE gene is located on chromosome 5q, a region that is often deleted in human acute leukemia and human myeloid dysplastic disorders. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm (By similarity). Similarity: Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family. CDC2/CDKX subfamily. Contains 1 protein kinase domain.
