| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: HYAL3 is a protein which is similar in structure to hyaluronidases. Hyaluronidases intracellularly degrade hyaluronan, one of the major glycosaminoglycans of the extracellular matrix. Hyaluronan is thought to be involved in cell proliferation, migration and differentiation. However, this protein has not yet been shown to have hyaluronidase activity. Subcellular Location: Secreted (By similarity). Lysosome (By similarity). Tissue Specificity: Bone marrow, testis and kidney. Isoform 4 is detected in all bladder tumor and prostate tumor cells. Similarity: Belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 56 family. Contains 1 EGF-like domain.
