When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: RAMP3 (receptor calcitonin activity modifying protein 3) transports the calcitonin gene-related peptide type 1 receptor (CALCRL) to the plasma membrane. It acts as a receptor for adrenomedullin (AM) together with CALCRL. It is strongly expressed in lung, breast, immune system and fetal tissues and belongs to the RAMP family. Subunit: Heterodimer of CALCRL and RAMP3 Subcellular Location: Cell Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein Tissue Specificity: Strongly expressed in lung, breast, immune system and fetal tissues.
