When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Guanylate-binding proteins, such as GBP7, are induced by interferon and hydrolyze GTP to both GDP and GMP. Function: Hydrolyzes GTP to GMP in two consecutive cleavage reactions. Promote oxidative killing and deliver antimicrobial peptides to autophagolysosomes, providing broad host protection against different pathogen classes (By similarity). Subcellular Location: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Similarity: Belongs to the GBP family.
