| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: The protein encoded by this gene is a positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. The encoded protein is found associated with gamma tubulin at the centrosome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2013] Function: Positive effector of the Wnt signaling pathway; activates WNT3A signaling via DVL2. Regulates JNK activation by AXIN1 and DVL2. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm; Cell junction; focal adhesion. Associated with actin stress fiber at the filament ends and Cytoplasm; cytosol. Colocalizes with gamma-tubulin at the centrosome, both during interphase and mitosis. Tissue Specificity: Ubiquitously expressed with higher expression in cardiac and skeletal muscles. Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylated on tyrosine and serine residues. Polyubiquitinated, leading to its proteasomal degradation. WNT3A signaling increases DIXDC1 protein levels by inhibiting its ubiquitination and subsequent degradation. Similarity: Belongs to the DIXDC1 family. Contains 1 CH (calponin-homology) domain.
