| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: KLF16 is a 252 amino acid protein that contains three C2H2-type zinc fingers and belongs to the KLF transcription factor family. Localized to the nucleus and expressed at high levels in brain , KLF16 functions as a transcription factor that binds specifically to GT and GC boxes, displacing the transcription factors Sp1 and Sp3 and effectively modulating dopaminergic transmission in the brain. Function: Transcription factor that binds GC and GT boxes and displaces Sp1 and Sp3 from these sequences. Modulates dopaminergic transmission in the brain. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Similarity: Belongs to the Sp1 C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Contains 3 C2H2-type zinc fingers.
