| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: Enhances transcription from various types of promoters (By similarity). Regulatory protein that interferes with the assembly of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) ubiquitin ligase complex and thereby down-regulates ubiquitination of target proteins. Prevents neddylation of CUL1 by physically blocking access to the neddylation site. Disrupts interactions between CUL1 and SKP1 and between CUL1 and F-box proteins. Subunit: Interacts with TBP (By similarity). Part of a complex that contains CUL1 and RBX1. Interacts with unneddylated cullins: interacts with CUL1, CUL2, CUL3, CUL4A, CUL4B and CUL5. Does not bind neddylated CUL1. Interaction with cullins is abolished in presence of COMMD1, which antagonizes with CAND1 for interacting with cullins. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm Nucleus. Similarity: Belongs to the CAND family. Contains 27 HEAT repeats.
